This claim is closely related to Claim 2 but carries distinct implications—specifically, it has been used by Kerzner to characterize me as intransigent, aloof, and unwilling to engage with collaborators. The allegation suggests that I refused to speak to the other artists on the project, leaving Kerzner to act as a go-between.
This characterization does not hold up under scrutiny and is contradicted by the available documentation.
Both volunteer artists in question—Song and Mara—were in the shared Telegram development chat alongside Kerzner and myself. I consistently replied to questions when directly mentioned or “@’d,” as I had informed both artists early on that I kept notifications limited to mentions to avoid constant interruptions. This was a standard working protocol and was never raised as an issue by the artists during their time on the project.
In anticipation of this allegation, I reached out to Song directly to ask whether she had ever felt I was unapproachable or unresponsive during the course of our collaboration. She confirmed that she had not. I was unable to locate Mara to ask for a statement, but records of our communication in the development chat remain available.
Given that Kerzner observed these exchanges firsthand, her subsequent statement that I “refused to communicate with the artists” contradicts the available evidence and could not reasonably have been made without awareness of the true context. This renders the claim highly misleading.
As demonstrated, I maintained communication with both volunteers, answered questions when prompted, asked them to reach out to me if they needed help and fulfilled my role in the collaborative process. The record of our conversations provides clear documentation to that effect.
