Claim 9: Business Sabotage
Them on the other hand are so incensed that they keep coming at me and doing things like violating customer privacy going in and deleting all the files on my personal website and breaking the MX the MX DNS entry on my email in a fit of rage because some kiwi farmer linked them to some out of context screen grabs from months ago. But I have an anger problem. - Addressing the Latest Lies About Me (Feedback Friday)" (Jan 17, 2025)
In this section I will clarify the facts regarding web hosting services that were provided to Liana Kerzner, and of which Liana Kerzner herself was knowledgeable, and address several claims she has made about them.
First, it is important to state clearly that at no point did Asher post anything that constituted a threat toward Kerzner. Any perception of threat was a subjective interpretation on her part, and it is not our responsibility to manage or explain someone else’s emotional reactions.
It is reasonable to expect individuals to refrain from presenting their interpretations of another person’s behavior as fact to an audience, particularly in a public or professional forum. With respect to the hosting services:
1. Kerzner purchased a lifetime hosting membership from us. She made this information public on social media, so it is no longer confidential client information.
2. That lifetime hosting service remains active. We have neither terminated the service nor made any changes to her account.
3. Asher provided a separate, non‑contracted hosting service as a personal favor, at cost to him, for another one of Kerzner's domains. That service was not part of the paid lifetime membership and was not protected by contract.
We deactivated that non‑contracted service in response to the nature of the public statements Kerzner made about us, once those screenshots breached public containment by virtue of the Kiwifarmer later identified as Young Adult queer author Giancarlo Vanzzini— although we had been aware of Kerzner's comments long before then. Given the tenor of her statements, discontinuing a voluntary service that was not under contract was within our rights, since we maintained that service as a non-contracted favor, not a business contract.
Kerzner has publicly characterized the situation in ways that do not align with the documented facts and are an inaccurate portrayal of events concerning a contractual service.
We are prepared to demonstrate the continuity of her hosting services through server logs, account records, and access trails should the need arise in a legal context. These records will show:
1. No interruption of service on our end
2. No account deactivation of the lifetime package initiated by us
3. No change to her account login credentials initiated by us
With respect to communication between us:
After Kerzner’s cancellation video was published, she blocked me (the account holder) on Twitter on October 27, 2024, as timestamped in a private Discord message I shared with five close friends. That block occurred without prior public comment from me about the situation since the cancellation video, and it marked the end of direct communication from her side. It was at that moment that I blocked Liana Kerzner on Bluesky, having very little interest to interact with her in view of her conduct regarding the cancellation video and the weeks that followed. Up to this point, I had not blocked Liana Kerzner on any medium .
Disturbingly, in January Kerzner publicly suggested that she hoped for further dialogue after the video, but the sequence of events and her own actions contradict that claim: she initiated a public (and inaccurate) release of information with the cancellation video, then severed direct channels of communication.
It is also worth noting that Kerzner has stated publicly that she does not engage in or tolerate name‑calling in her communities. Yet in her recounting of this situation, casual epithets such as “Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Moron” have been used, as well as "dumb motherfucker," "The Gruesome Twosome," "Little Shit" and others, liberally peppered throughout her Discord server— and towards multiple individuals, not just us. This constantly contradicts her own stated standard.
PRIVACY VIOLATION
Contrary to Liana Kerzner’s public claims, nothing that Asher posted was a threat. What was described as a “threatening message” was, in fact, a simple instructional page placed on the former landing page after she vacated the hosting space.
The page contained no confidential information, no implicit warnings, and no coercive language. Its sole purpose was to provide a clear set of instructions on how to perform a DNS migration effectively, considering Kerzner's lack of competence in the subject (to this date, the It's Not Therapy website's social media buttons do not work).
DNS records (including IP addresses, name servers, and basic routing information) are publicly accessible by design; anyone can perform a lookup without access to private data. This is a technical fact about how the Domain Name System operates, not a matter of opinion.
Asher created that page as a courtesy, intending to make the transition easier for Kerzner. Kerzner has publicly characterized the page as if it meant something like “Nice page, pity if something were to happen to it.”
That interpretation was hers, not ours, and is not supported by the content of the page itself. At no point did Asher threaten to disrupt, delete, or otherwise harm her lifetime hosting package.
The reason Asher provided the page was Kerzner's stated intent that she would no longer host with us. This is evidenced in the transcripts of the 'Very Ugly Fight' as one of Kerzner's final messages. His intent was to facilitate her transition without needing to contact us, as she clearly did not wish to do so. Kerzner, since the event, has turned an innocuous gesture of courtesy that was honoring her desire to leave as a menacing gesture.
Documentation, however, shows otherwise.
Importantly:
1. The page did not include server‑side access, control panels, passwords, authentication tokens, or any other data that could be used to access or modify the site.
2. Kerzner had, and continues to have, all necessary credentials for her own account.
3. There was no action taken by us that could have, or did, compromise her site’s security.
Kerzner’s assertion that we “violated customer privacy” is therefore false. We did not disclose any private or sensitive customer information. The DNS instructions were based entirely on public records and standard web hosting practice.
Context for the Website and Email Downtime
Kerzner has also described this situation as if we intentionally “went in and deleted all the files on her personal website and broke the MX DNS entry on her email in a fit of rage.” That description does not align with the technical facts or the hosting arrangements.
The MX records, and the files, were not part of her lifetime hosting package— they were part of the free hosting and Asher's to cancel as he saw fit.
What Was and Was Not Under Contract.
Lifetime Hosting Plan
Kerzner purchased a lifetime hosting package for a specific domain and WordPress installation. This contract was limited in scope and non‑transferable to additional domains. When she vacated that domain, she ceased using that contracted service—but the contract itself was not terminated and the hosting remains active as per lifetime contract terms.
Her second website was not under a paid hosting contract. After Kerzner purchased the lifetime hosting package for her other domain, we proceeded to switch the other site into a freely-hosted domain at our expense as a favor by Asher, without further payment or contractual obligation. Maintaining that hosting was not required by any legal agreement.
For four months after the breakup and the release of the cancellation video:
1. Both the lifetime hosting service and the free, personal website hosting remained active.
2. No paid service was discontinued by us.
3. No account was deactivated on our end.
4. No passwords or access credentials were changed by us.
The only alteration that was performed was the landing page was changed instructions on how to perform the migration, as a courtesy.
This continued service is a matter of record.
Kerzner later migrated the domain associated with her lifetime hosting contract she paid for— this is no longer private information, as she has disclosed this on her Bluesky threads and on her Discord.
The conditions of her lifetime hosting contract clearly applied only to one site and one domain.
If she had intended to migrate both domains at once, she could have done so.
Interaction with Kerzner’s Community and Server Allegations
In the months following the public dispute, we encountered multiple individuals who had been removed from Kerzner’s Discord server. Some of them reported that Kerzner had been speaking about us in her server. These statements matched our own records, as seen in the screenshots.
That corroboration made it reasonable to conclude that Kerzner had been portraying aspects of our behavior and communications to her audience in ways that differed from the factual record, with a distorted interpretative slant.
In response to this corroborated pattern of statements within her server, and her continued behavior of untruths since the cancellation video, we made the decision to discontinue the non‑contracted hosting service he had been providing for Kerzner’s privately hosted domain as a courtesy. This was a discretionary service, not covered by any contractual obligation, and it was entirely within our rights to rescind it.
Kerzner's actions, for months, had ensured that there was no friendship left to salvage, and we were under no obligation to maintain her free hosting at our expense for the sake of a friendship that did not exist.
Kerzner, as the screenshots show, decided to simplify those reasons as Asher insisting he 'sabotaged her website as a friend, not as a business'— a patently ridiculous framing, forged to make Asher seem unreasonable and irrational, which is one of the may ways inwhich Liana Kerzner builds and leverages mental health stigma against neurodivergent individuals with whom she enters into conflict.
We must reiterate one final time that at no point was the paid lifetime hosting service for which Kerzner had a contract discontinued.
Kerzner’s public statements and implications—asserting or strongly suggesting that we deleted her website files, sabotaged her email services, or threatened her with hosting-related coercion—constitute professional defamation by multiple legal standards.
These claims are demonstrably false, contradict documented evidence, and have the clear potential to damage our reputation and credibility as future service providers. As such, it is no longer a matter of subjective interpretation or personal grievance; it is a matter of professional ethics and accountability.
Having made these claims in public forums, Kerzner now bears a professional responsibility to correct them publicly and unequivocally. Failure to do so risks compounding the reputational harm and may carry significant legal implications under the laws governing defamation and business disparagement in the United States of America— the country and jurisdiction named in the Terms of Service contractually accepted by Liana Kerzner.
